Basic Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree 8 years experience, Master’s 6 years, Associate’s 10 years, or High School diploma 12 years relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in HVAC, power distribution, communications (fiber), intercabling standards, and building infrastructure.
- Experience reviewing technical designs and contractor work for compliance with standards.
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety frameworks for critical infrastructure.
- Background in physical security standards for facilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FAA programs, NAS systems, or air traffic control environments.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or certifications in facility/building management.
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices, LEED standards, or energy-efficient systems.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
