About the role
This is a fully onsite, in-person role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates / performs maintenance and repairs on the physical building, mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, as well as plumbing and electrical fixtures, ensuring facilities are maintained in the best possible condition at all times.
- Captures compliance with regulatory standards, including The Joint Commission, for life safety and environment of care needs.
- Manages tickets in the work request system to ensure timely and effective response and provides work request status information to team members.
- Participates in quarterly environment of care rounds with vendors, property management, housekeeping, Quality & Compliance, and other parties to ensure life safety and environment of care compliance.
- Able to travel 25% of the time and work occasional nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Maintenance or related field of study. Alternatively, completion of a vocational program - Vocational/Technical (Preferred).
- Hands on knowledge of building mechanical systems and controls, energy management, and building maintenance skills (Required).
- 2-4 years of hospital facility management, plant operations, or maintenance experience (Required).
- Knowledge of The Joint Commission Life Safety and Environment of Care standards (Preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Required).

Pay
Washington Pay Range: $37.02 - $42.79 USD
