Facilities Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture ensuring superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Understand operation and repair facility equipment through the building management system.
• Direct laborers throughout their shifts.
• Prioritize maintenance requests and follow up on their completion.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
• Respond to maintenance calls during the shift.
• Cookordinate repairs with other departments.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• Train personnel in all aspects of their job.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have an EPA 608 type 1 and 2, or universal certification.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Obtain and maintain valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills.
• Respond to visual and aural cues.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to work flexible shifts.
• Able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.

Environmental Working Conditions

• The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.

Pay

Target Salary Range $23.00
