Facilities Engineer

About the role

In this role you will oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components. Coordinate with staff, contractors, and management to ensure operational functionality, safety, and energy efficiency across various settings.

Responsibilities

• Preventative and corrective maintenance planning
• Facility inspections, audits & compliance
• Emergency preparedness planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
• Certifications/Accreditations CFM or PE preferred
• Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
• Effective leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards
