What You'll Do
- Create work requests for maintenance when equipment issues are identified and follow up to confirm work is completed in a timely manner.
- Review test results and analyze with engineering when anomalies are identified.
- Schedule and carry out testing per established procedures, such as thermal scanning, breaker acceptance and maintenance testing to NETA standards, partial discharge testing on MV equipment.
- Work in a small team to monitor equipment per the maintenance programs, analyze results, and troubleshoot issues.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in industrial or commercial settings with trouble shooting, maintenance, and/or construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience in using specialized testing equipment.
- Ability to interpret electrical prints and schematics, interpret complex manuals and test data.
- Strong working knowledge of job site safety with the ability to thoroughly evaluate job hazards and complete pre-work task planning with an emphasis on identifying electrical hazards and proper safety procedures.
- Experience and proficiency in industrial electrical and instrument maintenance including application of electrical principles.
- Experience and proficiency working with the AC single phase and three phase systems (480V, 240V and 120V).
