About the role

Flex year‑round work: play, get paid, and enjoy the perks. Affordable on‑mountain employee housing is available for rent. Work location: 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209. Positions start at the end of November and beginning of December and are available throughout the season. This is a flex position for 9‑11 months per year, allowing you to use your off months to travel or visit friends and family.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing: perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Trash removal: responsible for collecting and disposing of trash and recycling materials.
• Maintenance support: assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and reporting larger maintenance issues.
• Inventory management: maintain adequate supplies of cleaning products and toiletries.
• Safety compliance: ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in custodial or janitorial services.

Skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Pay

$15 per hour.
