Pay

$19.17/hr.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm (37.5 hrs./week)
• Some flexibility required, including potential early start for snow response
• One Saturday or Sunday per month for approximately 2 hours

Responsibilities

• General cleaning, upkeep, and basic maintenance of assigned agency locations
• Cleaning and maintenance of classrooms and other areas of the agency’s property
• Load and unload school materials and office supplies
• Assist in the moving of office and institutional furniture and equipment
• Maintain building security
• Stock paper supplies
• Maintain school equipment
• Grounds maintenance tasks
• Assist Facilities Maintenance Technicians in any required tasks
• Flexible schedule to accommodate agency operating hours and fill-in when other staff members are absent

Requirements

• At least 6 months of previous cleaning experience
• Ability to accommodate potential early start for snow response
• Availability approximately one Saturday or Sunday a month for about two hours
• Valid New York State Driver’s License and agency approval of driving record according to agency's Policy and Procedures
