Routine Cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas including offices, hallways, and common spaces.
- Restock supplies and maintain hygiene standards in restrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness of break rooms and kitchenettes.
Restroom Maintenance
- Clean and sanitize restrooms.
Waste Management
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Maintain recycling stations.
Glass & Break Area Cleaning
- Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Reporting & Project Support
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the Lead Custodian.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cleaning experience helpful but not required - willing to train the right candidate
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; occasional travel between facilities may be necessary
