Responsibilities

• Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and remove trash.
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as forklifts and floor scrubbers.
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Absorb and communicate information from customers.
• Notify management of need for repairs.
• Clean snow or debris from sidewalks as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years custodial work experience preferred.

• Effective interpersonal skills with an emphasis on strong communication skills in both oral and written forms.
