JOB SUMMARY
Aid the Facilities Director in overseeing facilities projects to ensure operational readiness and adherence to budgetary guidelines. Prevent or mitigate disruptions to services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritize and track work requests until completion.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on premises and fixed assets, using power and non-powered tools, and climb ladders.
- Move and assemble/disassemble furniture, requiring heavy lifting.
- Drive company vehicles safely and perform regular maintenance checks.
- Compile monthly productivity data and maintain records of fixed asset relocations.
- Conduct minor electrical, carpentry, and drywall/construction repairs.
- Comply with legal and ethical standards, and follow government regulations and bank policies.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required, some college or trade school preferred.
- 7+ years’ experience in a repair and maintenance environment (including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
- Frequent lifting of 70 pounds required.
- Valid Florida driver's license and excellent driving record required.
- Basic mathematical and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of repair and service for telephone and office equipment (excluding computer-related equipment).
- Computer literacy; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
