Facilities Coordinator

About the role

UG2 is seeking a highly professional, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to support the day-to-day operation. The Facilities Coordinator will report to the Account Manager and Area Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and monitoring of all work orders and requests
• Log all work orders in the monthly tracker
• Dispatch QR’s “Quick Responses”
• Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed
• Onboard new vendors and one-time customers
• Oversee billing processes by preparing, submitting, and tracking invoices, billable hours/services, ensuring accuracy and timely payment in coordination with finance or accounting departments
• Communicate with staff & clients as needed directed by Account Manager
• Assist with HR Employee New Hires
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least one (1) year of Customer service experience
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Attention to detail with high accuracy
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to produce results under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
