About the role

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance and management. This includes ensuring that all equipment and infrastructure are in optimal working condition, managing repairs and upgrades, and coordinating with external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of facilities including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Manage and schedule facility maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and installation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve facility efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with facility management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility-related systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
