Compensation
- $18 -$25/hr. based on experience
- Part Time- Wednesday - Saturday
- 5:00am – 12:00pm
Responsibilities
- Complete building maintenance tasks as assigned by the facilities manager.
- Complete frequent safety assessments of hospital areas.
- Deep cleaning and organizational projects.
- Operate battery powered floor scrubber.
- Clock in building and equipment repairs with approved vendors.
- Aid in maintaining over 100 PC workstations and hospital IT infrastructure.
- Painting and drywall patches to maintain hospital appearance.
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Three years of work experience in general construction, a construction trade, facility maintenance, or related job field.
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
- Associates degree.
- Three years of work experience performing facility maintenance.
- Microsoft Office Specialist core certification.
- OSHA 10-hour card certification.
