FACILITIES COORDINATOR

Job Summary

This position provides excellent customer service in managing facilities for clients. It involves overseeing subcontractor management of cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations. The role also manages all moves, additions, and changes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists with the oversight of subcontractor management of cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
• Manages all moves, additions, and changes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.
• Experience with soft services to include janitorial experience.
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is preferred.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
