Facilities Coordinator

About the role

We have an opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our small established team, supporting the charity’s work by ensuring our buildings remain in good repair and maintaining excellent health and safety standards for staff and visitors. You will assist the Estates Manager in maintaining Coram’s buildings and grounds, including monitoring work distribution among the facilities team, logging and allocating work requests, delivering day-to-day repairs, and overseeing contractors on site.

Your responsibilities will include conducting regular checks, maintenance, and scrutiny of all locations at our site, with health and safety checks and site security forming a key part of the weekly program.
