Facilities & Construction Purchasing Specialist (fulltime)

Key Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for all facilities and construction projects, ensuring accurate cost center, project code, budget allocation, and supporting documentation.
• Manage the PR approval workflow: route PRs to the appropriate approvers, track approval status, and follow up on outstanding approvals.
• Escalate stalled or overdue approvals to the relevant stakeholders to prevent project delays.
• Cook up with Facilities project managers and site leads to understand upcoming procurement needs and translate them into timely requisitions.
• Verify that each PR is aligned with the approved project budget and scope before submission.
• Liaise with the Purchasing Operations team to ensure smooth handoff from approved PR to PO issuance.
• Maintain a tracker of all open PRs, approval status, and expected PO conversion dates for Facilities and Construction.
• Support budget reconciliation by providing accurate PR and commitment data to Finance on request.

  Pay & Benefits

  The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $99.66/hour - $155.71/hour. Our offered benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.

  This position supports the Facilities and Construction function specifically, owning the end-to-end Purchase Requisition lifecycle for all facilities and construction-related procurement.
