Facilities Command Center Technician

About the role

You'll help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center. You'll identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses when disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages occur. Working closely with internal teams and emergency services, you'll ensure a safe environment and help restore normal operations quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain business continuity by monitoring real-time alerts and managing access and security systems.
• Oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center.
• Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data.
• Cook up to restaurant-quality meals at no cost.
• Participate in a unique, supportive workplace culture with perks like a sabbatical after five years.
• Contribute to the development of software that supports the delivery of quality care for all patients.

Requirements
