Key Responsibilities
- Provide engineering expertise for factory support equipment (i.e. Vacuum pumps, abatement units, heat exchanger) to ensure operational reliability and compliance with semiconductor requirements.
- Manage system troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and capacity planning to meet operational demands.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and commissioning for factory support equipment installations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver cost-effective solutions that meet design criteria.
- Create and maintain documentation, including installation procedures, commissioning checklists, and sequence of operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field with 1+ year of hands-on experience in chemical/gas systems through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training OR a Master's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- Preferred qualifications: Experience with vacuum pumps, point-of-use abatement systems, chillers, and heat exchangers. Hands-on experience in startup and commissioning of facilities systems. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders.
