Facilities Associate I
About the role
The Facilities Associate I will assist with the maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities by performing duties.
Responsibilities
- Notifies management when major repairs or additions are needed to light, heating, and ventilating equipment
- Maintains building by performing general painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, boiler maintenance and other related maintenance activities
- Oversees and assists with HVAC, makes minor repairs and conducts environmental monitoring
- Maintains records on equipment to GLP Standards
Requirements
- A High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of construction related experience/training
- 1+ Years facilities maintenance experience
- Basic computer skills
- English proficiency and needed to read industry documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speaking before groups of employees and customers
