Our Facilities team oversees the offices we call home. We ensure our teams can connect, collaborate and innovate in a space built to support success. From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company’s well-oiled onsite operation.
Facilities operation requires maintaining a safe, functional, and organized environment while ensuring smooth daily workplace activities. Key challenges involve proactive risk identification through regular inspections, efficient response to emergency facilities requests, and seamless execution of office moves and routine repairs. The role optimizes space usage and visitor access while keeping essential tools, supplies, and badging systems up to date to support overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute routine maintenance, equipment repairs, and office moves while keeping building conditions clean and orderly
- Conduct proactive facility inspections to identify repairs early and keep the site aligned with safety regulations and standards
- Manage inventory levels for supplies, equipment, and tools while maintaining accurate digital records of maintenance activities
- Deliver reception and badging coverage by facilitating guest site access, issuing badges, and coordinating access updates in the Facilities Portal
- Respond swiftly to facility emergencies and collaborate across departments to maintain seamless site operations
- Leverage AI productivity tools to streamline facility scheduling, inventory tracking, and maintenance logs
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 6 months of experience in facility maintenance or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
- Basic hand and power tools
- Google Suite or MS Office
- Access management or Facilities Portal software
- Ability to physically lift up to 40 pounds
Skills
- Expertise in facility operations, equipment maintenance, and hands-on usage of standard repair tools
- Strong cross-departmental collaboration, written communication, and guest-facing service delivery
- Problem-solving capability to manage urgent emergency calls and event setup or teardown needs
- Ability to work independently or in team settings
- Proficiency in digital productivity tools, including Google Suite, MS Office, and workplace access management systems
- AI literacy to apply basic AI-assisted automation tools for maintenance workflow optimization

Pay
Compensation: $18.30/Hour - $26.15/Hour
The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
