Facilities Assistant - Groundsperson

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property

• Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance
• Trim, edge and mulch as directed
• Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas
• Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection

Pool Maintenance

• Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor

Light Maintenance

• Afford assistance with light maintenance as directed by supervisor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently
