Facilities Assistant

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendors and requirements relative to the facility such as waste removal
• Affirm compliance with health and safety regulations
• Aid in the maintenance of LaBelle Lights
• Remove and store all LaBelle Lights at the end of the season
• Paint, remodel, and refurbish areas as needed
• Assist with changing all filters for HVAC as required
• Maintain and oversee landscape including weeding, feeding, planting, and watering
• Aid in the construction of projects as assigned
• Manage plumbing, electrical, and water needs and repairs of facility
• Maintain and oversee irrigation system
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs
• Aid in wine bottling
• Assist with event set up of chairs, tables, and other furnishings
• Assist in installation and maintenance of vineyard
• Manage snow removal, ice, and snow management on property
• Assist with construction of projects as assigned
• Manage plumbing, electrical, and water needs and repairs of facility
• Maintain and oversee irrigation system
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs
• Aid in wine bottling
