About the role
The Facilities Assistant is responsible for ensuring the workplace operates at the highest standard every day by proactively monitoring workplace conditions, coordinating vendors, supporting employees, and maintaining operational readiness across the office portfolio.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, hotel operations, office management, customer service, or property operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including effective time management.
- Able to multitask and handle competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in a demanding environment.
- Familiarity with workplace ticketing systems and basic office technology.
- Vendor management or contractor coordination experience.
Skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with building vendor teams, as well as independently; able to build positive and productive relationships that cultivate a high level of trust.
- Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage visibly with employees, maintain a known presence in the workplace, and be recognized as approachable with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and highly perseverant, with the ability to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Proactive and flexible approach to all duties, including responding to last-minute requests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams.

Pay
The salary for this role ranges from $33.66 to $38.47 per hour. This role includes OT eligibility with a rotating coverage schedule.
Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
