Job Duties
- Supervision Received: Reports to Vice President of Administration and Finance.
- Salary Range: $140,000.00 – $155,000.00 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
- Classification Status: This position is classified as a Non-Unit Professional (NUP) and is excluded from collective bargaining coverage.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: Significant progressive Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience in Real Estate, Higher Education, or Healthcare institutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software; experience with property management software.
- Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Strong negotiation skills and experience managing external partnerships; solid understanding of building systems, construction management, and CAPEX budgeting; excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data for non-technical stakeholders; ability to thrive in a mission-driven, public-sector environment; proven ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
- Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, PMP, etc.); experience working with state agencies such as DCAMM, MSCBA, or MassDevelopment.
