Facilities and Security Administration Tech
About the role
Provide primary facilities support at our West Jordan Financial Center location (FC1), with additional facilities support company-wide at all locations. This role includes security software and practical administration, and managing facilities request tickets across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Manage Facilities request tickets company-wide, including:
- Building maintenance/repair requests
- Site maintenance/repair requests
- Supply requests
- Vending requests and quality control reports
- Janitorial requests and concerns
- Security concerns and repairs
- Vehicle maintenance requests/records
- Access control badge needs
- Address tickets by scheduling vendors, dispatching field personnel, or redirecting to other departments; update and close tickets when complete
- Review field-closed tickets for complete information
- Review company-wide cameras daily for operation, position, and clarity
- Compile, place, and distribute FC1 office supply orders, including printer toner
- Back up in receiving and distributing FC1 deliveries
- Provide support to FC1 personnel for housekeeping needs
- Assist in branch security reviews and production/maintenance of building security reference documents
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and drilling
- Administer alarm and access control software, video management software, FC1 Building Maintenance System (BMS) control software, and lighting control software
- Print, activate, and distribute new employee access badges; apply user access permissions for new, transferred, and terminated employees
- Coordinate and maintain access control and alarm access for U of U branch employees
- Activate, log, and deactivate temporary access badges for all locations
- Provide administration to fleet vehicle management
- Maintain Facilities Vendor Service Maintenance calendar, including updating appointment dates, scheduling future intervals, and communicating with branches
- Assist in vendor contract reviews and comparison quotes
- Maintain Facilities tool inventory records and schedule maintenance
- Participate in company-wide on-call alarm response rotation
- Provide physical field support and/or coverage, including moving material and/or equipment
- Understand and apply the Bank Secrecy Act
- Perform all other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prefer 2+ years of similar or related experience
- Proficient with business machinery and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam applications preferred
- Good communication and customer service abilities
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Works primarily in an office building environment, with occasional trips to field locations, including outdoor and indoor climates, public venues, and driving conditions.
- Regularly required to see, talk, hear, and perform repetitive movements with arms, hands, and fingers to handle, feel, grasp, and reach
- Tools include computers, phones (possibly smartphones), and standard office equipment
- Specific vision abilities may include close and distance vision
- May occasionally need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- May occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds; greater weights handled with assistance from equipment

Pay
$22.00 - $26.00/hr, depending on prior related working experience.
Schedule
8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday, with on-call duties for some weekends.
