We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections where there is real specific content. We need to extract content from posting. We have job title: FACILITIES AND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Edconic NY. We should not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections: maybe "About the role" (position purpose), "Responsibilities" (essential duties), "Requirements" (knowledge and abilities, education and work experience), maybe "Qualifications" (education and work experience). But we need to avoid duplication. The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Thus we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Position Purpose (description) -> could be "About the role". - Essential Duties and Responsibilities (list) -> "Responsibilities". - Knowledge and Abilities (list) -> could be "Skills" or "Requirements". The posting includes "Knowledge and Abilities" and "Education and Work Experience". Could combine into "Requirements" or separate "Qualifications". The instruction says we can use sections like Qualifications, Skills, etc. We need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Knowledge and Abilities and Education and Work Experience into a single "Requirements" section, with sub-lists? But we must use

    • for any list. Could have two lists under same heading? Probably okay. We have no explicit Pay, Benefits, Schedule info. The posting mentions "Work Arrangement: Part-time, on-site (3 days a week)" earlier but later says "This is a full-time, on-site position based at 570 Lexington Avenue." There's contradictory: earlier says Part-time, on-site (3 days a week); later says full-time. We need to preserve all substantive information; we cannot invent. We have mention of work arrangement and schedule: "Work Arrangement: Part-time, on-site (3 days a week)" and later "Standard office... Regular weekday schedule with occasional evening and weekend coverage required". So we have schedule info: part-time 3 days a week? But later says full-time. We need to include schedule info if present. The posting includes both part-time and full-time statements; we should preserve both as they are substantive. So we could include a "Schedule" section with details: Part-time, on-site (3 days a week) and also note full-time? Might be confusing but we must preserve. Could combine into a short paragraph. Benefits: none mentioned. Pay: none mentioned. So we should not create Pay or Benefits sections. Thus sections: About the role (Position Purpose), Responsibilities (Essential Duties), Requirements (Knowledge and Abilities + Education and Work Experience), Schedule (Work Arrangement and schedule details). Possibly also "Qualifications" but we can merge into Requirements. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:
