About the role
The Facilities and Maintenance Specialist will assist with all on-site safety and upkeep throughout the Massachusetts region. Responsible for helping in the set up of new locations and acquisitions, including but not limited to, utilities, equipment, furniture deliveries, installation, and pick-ups. Ensures all new and existing building needs are met across all clinic locations, including snow removal, clean up, cosmetic repairs, equipment updates and fixes, and all other site related maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates in a timely manner with site directors and regional leadership via text, phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
- Coordinate with new and existing vendors, ensuring follow through of vendor responsibilities, payments, and contract agreements are met
- Minor facility duties – i.e., changing light bulbs, cosmetic and equipment repairs
- Placing service calls for additional jobs needed – i.e., plumbing, electrical
- Assist with basic IT management including set up of new computers, printers, fax machines
- Supplies and equipment ordering and scheduling of deliveries
- Transportation of supplies and equipment from site to site when needed
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record for travel to Massachusetts clinic locations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to occasionally lift and transport heavy items
- Knowledge of contract management
- Positive repour with new and existing vendors
- IT experience preferred but not required

Pay
The annual compensation range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role.
