Facets UAT Tester
Role Overview
Under the direction of the UAT Team Lead, the UAT Testing Analyst executes comprehensive functional and regression test plans in support of global system changes. Supports testing for all projects and required changes that impact systems from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Represents UAT in meetings with stakeholders as required
- Manage multiple cases/projects for multiple LOBs
- Must meet established standard levels of agreement (SLA’s) for productivity and quality standards and complete reports as required
- Aid in the development of business requirements
- Analyze requirements to determine testing scope
- Create extensive testing scenarios through comprehensive analysis of all components impacting claims payment, including providers, agreements, members, etc.
- Create test approach documentation, including scripts
- Successfully execute test cases with thorough analysis of the results to validate the correctness of system modifications
- Identify, document, and track all defects
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve problems and recommend solutions when needed
Requirements
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ years FACETS Systems experience or systems testing in a healthcare setting required
Strong experience with claims processing
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required
Strong analytical and research skills required
