About the role

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team at our Dhaka office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-budget campaigns specifically targeting the U.S. consumer market, with a focus on optimizing ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling winning campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns targeting U.S. audiences
• Develop advanced audience segments, including interest-based, lookalike, and retargeting funnels
• Analyze campaign data and implement optimizations to improve key performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA)
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience targeting strategies
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to align visuals and messaging with campaign goals
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting on campaign performance and insights

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Facebook Ads management
• Demonstrated success with scaling paid ad campaigns in the U.S. market
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel setup, and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting campaign data
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

• Experience in eCommerce marketing and funnel optimization
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, or Shopify
• Creative copywriting or design feedback experience
