We’re hiring Fabricator / Manufacturing Fabricators to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Socorro, TX. If you have experience using hand and power tools, reading work instructions, assembling components, or working in a production environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and prepare components according to specifications
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials and components
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, work orders, and manufacturing instructions
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
• Identify and report defective materials or components
• Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Work closely with production and quality teams
• Meet daily production and quality goals

Requirements

• Previous fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed

Pay

$18.00–$21.00/hour DOE
