About the role
Brunswick Thunder Jet Operations is the innovative manufacturer of Thunder Jet Boats. We are seeking individuals to join our team who are passionate about fishing and boating and eager to contribute to our mission of creating life-long memories on the water.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute parts to their appropriate location within the facility.
- Perform and log daily and weekly maintenance on all equipment.
- Operate overhead crane system, CNC router, press brake, chop saw, band saw, sheer, and other equipment as necessary.
- Ensure compliance to safety policies and procedures, identify risks and hazards, and follow safety processes including hearing protection and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work overtime as needed to meet production needs.
Requirements
- Candidate must be reliable and provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.
- Must have working knowledge of a variety of equipment and hand/power tools.
- Ability to follow established safety processes including hearing sensitive areas and PPE requirements.
- Willingness and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Working knowledge of a variety of equipment and hand/power tools.
- Ability to continually learn and grow.

Pay
The anticipated pay range for this position ranges from grade 2.5 to 3.0, with a base pay range of $20.20 to $21.75. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
