Responsibilities
- Fabrication of small and large Channel Letters
- Perform quality, accurate, and timely work
- Welding aluminum components and subcomponents
- Operate and use hand tools and power tools to secure parts in place
- Weld aluminum utilizing a Mig welder and spool gun
- Lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of your shop area
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or sign fabrication (preferred)
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Read, write, and speak English
- Welding Certification preferred
- Competencies required to safely perform the role as deemed by the company
Qualifications
- Will be required to stand for the majority of the workday
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
- May engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers

- Constantly required to sit and use hands to operate the telephone, type, and operate computer and mouse
- Frequently required to talk, hear, and bend and twist neck
- May occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and rarely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
