About the role

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator and Metalworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in custom metal fabrication, welding, and finishing to create high-quality products for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components using hand and power tools, as well as specialized machinery.
• Perform welding (MIG, TIG, stick) and soldering to join metal parts according to specifications.
• Inspect and test finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Operate and maintain fabrication equipment, including shears, brakes, presses, and grinders.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fabricator or Metalworker, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Familiarity with metalworking tools and machinery, including shears, brakes, and presses.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
