Fabricator - 3rd Shift

Starting hourly rate: $27.97 per hour plus $2.00 shift premium upon being transferred to 3rd shift.

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) is expanding rapidly and seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our Lincoln, NE team. GD-OTS provides reliable and affordable composite products to the defense and commercial aerospace markets, with over 60 years of expertise in designing, developing, manufacturing, and testing composite missile and space structures.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and finish varied products using written processing instructions, verbal instructions, drawings, techniques, tooling, materials, precision measuring devices, and miscellaneous hand and power tools.
• Perform equipment setup and changeover.
• Accomplish minor maintenance duties.
• Move parts and materials to various locations and maintain housekeeping in the work area.
• Perform general housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the plant.
• Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of experience.
