Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble parts and structures using aluminum and steel
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform cutting, drilling, bending, grinding, and finishing operations
- Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, presses, brakes, and other shop tools
- Perform welding (MIG/TIG) as required
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project requirements
Qualifications
- Experience fabricating with aluminum and steel in a shop or industrial setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Welding experience (MIG/TIG) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade training a plus
