Fabrication Technician - Vacuum Forming

About the role

Cranial Technologies is seeking a Fabrication Technician to join our Vacuum Forming team in our Manufacturing department. This role plays a crucial part in creating custom-made DOC Band® products to fit each baby's head, addressing plagiocephaly.

Responsibilities

• Create custom DOC Band® products using precise measurements and techniques
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality production
• Ensure all products meet FDA standards and safety guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Keen eye for detail and hand-eye coordination
• Standing for long periods of time
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

• Artist's eye for detail
• Experience crafting or creating on personal time
• Experience playing sports

Pay

$17 per hour with potential for increase based on performance

Schedule

Monday - Friday, with typical schedules of 6:00AM - 2:30PM or 6:30AM - 3:00PM
