Fabrication Technician -Strive Fab 1st Shift

Job Duties

• Operates equipment which manufactures the metal fabricated frame for product being produced.
• Quality inspection of the components being produced.
• Operate fabrication equipment in the cell such as Robotic Welders, Hydraulic Banks, Saws, Benders, Drill Presses...
• Operate tools required in the cell such as hand held drills/screw guns, riveters, impact tools, screw drivers, wrenches and any other tools that may be required in the area.

Minimum Requirements

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred Value Added Skills: Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required.
• Computer knowledge.
• Team Player.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to train on any shift.
• Positive Attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Working in areas where it can get warm.
• Working in a smoke free environment.
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow.

Shift

• This is a 1st shift position.
• Hours are 6am-2pm Monday – Friday.
• Starting rate of pay is $19/hour.
• Overtime during busy season.

Pay

• Starting rate of pay is $19/hour.
• $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.
