Founded in 1947, Trion specializes in high‑performance, sustainable indoor air quality solutions—including air cleaners, electronic air filters, humidifiers, and industrial air scrubbers—serving commercial spaces, industrial plants, and healthcare environments. This role leads day‑to‑day operations in the fabrication area, supervising people, workflow, equipment, and cell performance to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. This position is based in a manufacturing plant environment with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, sheet‑metal fabrication equipment, and moderate to high noise. The role requires routine time on the production floor and adherence to PPE requirements. Employees may be required to stand for extended periods and lift or move materials consistent with fabrication operations (up to 50 lbs). Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
