Fabrication Superintendent (LPP)

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have HACCP and GMP knowledge.
• Must have a good attendance and safety record.
• Must have good computer skills (Word, Excel, Email).
• Must be able to successfully complete training: Safety, Safe Quality Food (SQF), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Food defense, Humane Handling.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of the entire Fabrication process.
• Good computer skills: ability to use designated programs including Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Display a strong work ethic and a professional attitude and appearance.
• Assertive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Develop and maintain effective employee relations.
• Encourage professional team building.
• Follow and enforce safety rules, housekeeping, and proper operation of equipment.
• Communicate well verbally and in writing with all levels of employees from hourly to upper management, as well as government officials.
• Lead by example, encourage teamwork and learning, and motivate the hourly workforce.
• Maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance.

What We Offer

• The expected base salary range for this position is between $95,000 to $105,000.
• This base salary is a component of our total compensation package, which also includes:
