Fabrication Specialist

About the role

H₂O Innovation is seeking a Fabrication Specialist to join our team at the Ramsey, MN plant. This permanent, full-time position involves a wide variety of assembly tasks and offers the opportunity to learn maintenance technician and millwright skills.

Responsibilities

• Mechanically assemble pipes, equipment, instruments, and valves to frame structures using fasteners ranging from 10-32 to 1” diameter bolts and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Glue PVC pipe assemblies ranging from ½” to 12” pipe diameter.
• Measure, cut, drill, and tap steel frames and PVC pipes.
• Cut and thread stainless steel pipe.
• Respect project timelines and ensure product quality through attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
• Follow and respect safety regulations.

Requirements

• Three (3) years of related work experience.
• Ability to read technical plans.
• Personal tools are a plus but not required.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.
• Organized, rigorous, and meticulous.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs.
• Positive and professional attitude toward team members and internal/external clients.
