Responsibilities

• Deliver the Phillips Experience so exceptionally that clients view us as their exclusive partner, directly driving industry-leading market share, customer retention, and high net promoter scores.
• Cultivate legendary loyalty and market dominance by building a powerful ecosystem of influence and advocacy through trusted, lasting relationships with customers, educators, suppliers, and community champions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with Haas fabrication, metal cutting, machine tools, tooling, and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $90,000.00 and $100,000.00 annually plus commission.
