Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed deadlines for assigned tasks
• Efficiently utilize resources to minimize scrap, materials, and labor
• Train to perform set ups and operation of the following machinery properly and safely: Shear Riveter, Drill Press, Strippit Punch Press, Roller Disk Sander, Portable Power Tools, Band Saw, Table Saw, and Miter Saw, Hand Brake, Manual Brake, Press, Mill, Lathe
• Troubleshoot machine problems and perform preventative maintenance
• May be moved and cross-trained on several pieces of equipment so as to develop a core understanding of manufacturing concepts
