Department: Fabrication • Reports to: Shift Facilitator with direction from the Team Captain

$18.63 per hour with opportunity to earn more

Operate General, Saws, and CNC machines
Keep accurate records and complete required paperwork
Post material pulled in computer system
Pack and ship material for outside processing; follow up on returned material
Pack and ship finished material
Assist other personnel and perform additional duties as directed by supervisor
Report equipment or other problems to Supervisor
Work safely at all times, wearing all required Proper Protective Equipment (PPE)
Maintain a clean, clutter-free workstation
Participate in a collaborative team environment
Comply with all safety policies and procedures
Accept feedback from the Team Captain to ensure bundles meet safety standards
Complete special projects and other assigned duties

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle tools or controls, and communicate verbally
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Requires close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Works near moving mechanical parts in a loud environment without air conditioning

High School Diploma or GED
Must pass a skills-based test
Strong interpersonal skills; self-motivated and detail-oriented
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operation instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to solve practical problems and handle variables
Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions
Must pass a company background check and drug screen
