Fabrication Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supervision, engagement, and development of your team (coaching, training, relationship building)
• Work side-by-side with employees, modeling a strong “lead by example” approach
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to guide fabrication
• Monitor performance, manage department costs, and stay within budget
• Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements
• Ensure product quality meets customer specifications and maintain strong customer relationships
• Promote and enforce safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Leadership experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or similar
• Strong coaching and team development skills
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Hands-on mindset with mechanical aptitude
