Fabrication Floor Leader - B Shift

This position is scheduled to work Monday - Thursday from 3:30 pm - 2:00 am. *** As a result of continuous business growth, we are currently seeking a Floor Lead to join our team. The Floor Lead provides direction to manufacturing team members on day-to-day operations and maintains quality and production standards. Candidate Profile Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsAction/ detail oriented, strong leadership, and drive for resultsKnowledge of focused areas within fabrication to include but not limited to: Machine Operation, Welding, Press Brakes, and CNC MachinesMust be a team player with the ability to work in multi-task environmentMust work well independently and make sound business decisionsKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), MRP Systems, blueprints, bill of materials (BOM’s) and ERP systems.
