SUMMARY

Responsible for setting up combos, move and place product as needed for production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up of Combos and get ready for production
  • Move product throughout the production floor as needed
  • Weigh and label the combos
  • Maintain Inventory of product
  • Keep work areas clean
  • All other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Able to utilize pallet jack
  • Able to pass driver certification
  • Able to read product label by numbers
  • Able to carry out essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, within safety guidelines
  • Able to wear, use and maintain personal protective equipment
  • Able to follow safety policies and procedures

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / ENVIRONMENT

  • Stand/Walk: Continuously (up to 4 hours before 1st break)
  • Lift/Carry: Continuously (20 – 50 lbs.)
  • Simple/Firm Grasping: Frequently
  • Bend/stoop, squat, reach above shoulder (up to 1 ft.): Occasional

Continuously - Working around moving machinery, working in a cold, slippery and damp environment (28-34 degrees F)

PAY & SCHEDULE

Pay: $17.60/hr + $1.50 attendance bonus
2nd shift receives a $2 shift differential

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson Foods will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.
