The house is a really lovely professional share (not a party house though!) and we look for tenants who will fit in well with a fab, friendly group of people who are respectful of their home and each other.

Qualifications

The house is beautifully kept, and it’s very close to great bus and train routes, making it easy to get both around Falmouth, as well as in and out of it.

The property itself is a large house over three levels. The entrance lobby on the lower ground floor leads up to the communal lounge and dining area on the ground floor, as well as a spacious shower room and a well equipped kitchen.

The garden and seating area are to the rear of this, accessed through the kitchen and lounge.

The bathroom and separate cloakroom are on the next half level, with the bedrooms, ranged across the three floors, 5 of them being positioned on the lovely, sunny, southwest facing front of the house.
