Fab Mechanic III

$36.38/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "About Lamb Weston" which is about company. Could be "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - Title: Fab Mechanic III (should not be repeated as heading) - Location: Twin Falls, ID - Job Requisition ID: Req-271775 (metadata, fold into short p or drop) - Time Type: Full time (metadata) - About Lamb Weston (company description) -> could be "About the role"? Actually "About Lamb Weston" is about company, not role. But we can treat as "About the role"? Might be better to have "About the role" heading with description of role? However we have "Job Description Summary" and "Job Description". Those are responsibilities. We need sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have: - Responsibilities (Job Description Summary + Job Description) - Requirements (Basic & Preferred Qualifications) - Skills (Skills And Experience) - Qualifications maybe overlapping; but we can combine Education/Certifications under Requirements? The instruction list includes Qualifications as separate heading. We can have Qualifications for education/certifications, Skills for skills and experience, Responsibilities for duties, Benefits for benefits, Pay for pay rate, Schedule maybe not present (no schedule info). So we omit Schedule. We also have Physical Environment/Demands - could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section? Not in list; we could incorporate into Responsibilities or Requirements. Probably include under Requirements as "Physical Demands". But we need to follow headings list; we can still add other headings if needed? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those headings. We can incorporate physical demands into Requirements or Responsibilities. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like specific tasks, materials, etc. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. At end there is EEO statement; we should drop that. Also "Anticipated Close Date" maybe metadata; could be folded into short p or drop. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short p at top with location, time type, requisition ID, anticipated close date maybe. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

Location: Twin Falls, ID | Time Type: Full time | Requisition ID: Req-271775 | Anticipated Close Date: 10/18/2026

Then sections:

Responsibilities

  • Assists in fabricating metal structures and process piping; adjusts and assembles equipment from raw materials.
  • Makes modifications and performs upkeep on existing equipment.
  • Assists with line designs and comments on proposed changes and equipment.
  • Performs a full range of basic welding and fabricating duties, fabricates and repairs industrial equipment and performs other technical maintenance duties.
  • Works with various types of materials – mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel.
  • Operates and maintains metal fabrication equipment and tools.
  • Reviews plant equipment needs with maintenance crew and management.
  • Repairs, overhauls, fabricates, disassembles, re-assembles, and moves equipment in and out of the plant.
  • Assists maintenance and production personnel in problem-solving activities.
  • Aligns and fits parts according to specifications, locates and marks workpiece bending and cutting lines allowing for thickness, machine and welding shrinkage and other part specifications.
  • Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded, ensuring that there are no loose or thick scale, slag, rust, moisture, grease, or other foreign matter.
  • Clamps, holds, tack-welds, heat-bends, grinds, or bolts parts to obtain required configurations to weld parts in flat and vertical positions.
  • Completes assignments in a timely manner, keeping legible, detailed, and accurate records and logs of work.
  • Minimizes downtime by utilizing skills to create operational efficiencies.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
We could also include physical demands maybe under Responsibilities or Requirements. Let's add a bullet under Responsibilities? Might be better to add a separate section "Requirements" for qualifications and physical demands.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; Associate’s Degree or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Lock-out/Tag-out certification required (training provided if needed).
  • 1‑year related experience in fabrication and welding required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, both written and oral.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions.
  • Basic computer operation knowledge, data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently.
  • Exposed to noisy environment varying from hot to cold; exposure to manufacturing conditions including loud noise, excessive heat, cold, wet, slippery conditions, dirt, fumes, smoke, smells, allergies.
  • Occasionally works in narrow passageways, confined spaces, and at protected heights.
  • Ability to perform repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements; work with hands and arms overhead; work in or under equipment.
  • Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance to work at ground level and in high places.
  • Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
  • Exposed to temperatures ranging from -20°F to 35°F in Freezer Operation and 37°F to 90°F in Plant Operation.
  • Climbing to various heights via stairs or ladders on a regular basis.
Now Skills section maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can keep Skills for specific skills like welding, fabrication, etc. However we already covered many. Could combine Skills with Requirements. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can merge Skills into Requirements and not have separate Skills. But we need to follow instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. That's four sections. We need Benefits section: we have "Industry-Competitive Benefits" with list. We'll create

Benefits

and
with items. Pay section: we have Pay Rate or Range: $36.38 (hourly estimate). We'll create

    Pay

    $36.38 per hour (estimated)

We should not include Schedule as no info. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Good. We need to drop EEO statement. Now produce HTML fragment. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. Make sure to preserve all substantive information: we included company description? Actually we omitted "About Lamb Weston" description. That is substantive info about company. Should we include it? The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We could include "About the role" heading with company description? But "About the role" is about role, not company. However we could treat "About Lamb Weston" as "About the role"? Not accurate. Maybe we should include a section "About the role" with the company description? The instruction's examples include "About the role". It might be okay to put company description there. The job posting includes "About Lamb Weston" which is about the company, but we can treat it as "About the role" heading. It's substantive. Let's include it. Thus add

    About the role

    ... company description ...

We need to preserve all substantive information: include the paragraph about Lamb Weston. Let's extract that paragraph: "As a leading manufacturer in our industry, we inspire and bring people together with foods they love and trust. Our customer base includes international food service providers, restaurants, and households in over 100 countries around the world. A highly innovative global corporation with a start-up mindset, we empower every individual to make a genuine difference. You’ll gain access to hands-on training to fuel your growth and success, explore opportunities for new solutions, and you’ll join a winning team of 10,000+ people all dedicated to raising the bar – together. If you have a strong drive for results, a desire to help us bring the world together through our fries, and are ready for a fresh challenge, we want to hear from you." Also there is first sentence: "You’ve probably enjoyed our fries without even knowing it!" That's also part of About Lamb Weston. So include that as well. Thus About the role section will have two paragraphs maybe combine into one

with both. Now we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Check for any other content: "Job Description Summary" we already covered in Responsibilities. "Job Description" we covered. "Basic & Preferred Qualifications" we covered in Requirements. "Skills And Experience" we covered partially in Requirements; but we might want to separate Skills for things like welding, fabrication, etc. However we already have many skill-like items in Requirements (experience, communication, math, computer). Could be okay. We need to ensure we didn't miss any specifics: "Applicability of job levels varies by location and is determined by the plant skills matrix." That's a minor note; we could include in Requirements as a bullet. Also "Must be able to be qualified within time frames established by facility." include. Also "Ability to operate work related equipment" (we have that under Responsibilities maybe). Already we have "Operates and maintains metal fabrication equipment and tools." Good. Now ensure we didn't include boilerplate: EEO statement removed. "Anticipated Close Date" we included in metadata p. That's okay. Now produce final HTML. Let's craft:

Location: Twin Falls, ID | Time Type: Full time | Requisition ID: Req-271775 | Anticipated Close Date: 10/18/2026
