About the role
Join our team as a key member in driving innovation and excellence in semiconductor manufacturing. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with R&D to translate research findings into practical applications.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor process performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Develop and maintain training programs for staff on new processes and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry.
- Proven track record of successful process development and implementation.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with semiconductor fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and tools.
- Understanding of semiconductor industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.

Pay
- $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
