Fab Equipment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with R&D to translate research findings into practical applications.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor process performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Develop and maintain training programs for staff on new processes and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry.
• Proven track record of successful process development and implementation.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor fabrication processes.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Understanding of semiconductor industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skills

Pay

• $120,000 - $150,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
