About the role

The Global Treasury Services team is a dedicated and market-leading national practice, supported by treasury professionals in a diverse range of areas. We serve a wide array of clients, including public and private businesses, financial services organizations, and the public sector. As a Treasury Senior, you will play a leading role in shaping our clients' treasury operations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and manage delivery teams using your treasury process experience.
  • Act as a subject matter professional for Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS), responsible for the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Kyriba solutions supporting client treasury operations.
  • Engage directly in past Kyriba implementations or enhancements, providing supervision and mentoring to staff and serving as the point person for Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
  • Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS) certification and experience implementing Kyriba.
  • Strong hands-on technical expertise across Kyriba modules, including cash positioning, liquidity management, bank connectivity, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate complex information simply and effectively.
  • Desire and ability to work closely with engagement teams and clients.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Proven project management and engagement experience.
  • Understanding of treasury operations and processes.
  • Desire to work in a global environment and travel internationally.
  • Professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA, or equivalent.

Pay

The base salary range for this role in the US is $97,300 to $178,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $116,700 to $202,600. Individual salaries are determined based on various factors including education, experience, and location.

Schedule

We offer a flexible schedule, with most people in external, client-serving roles expected to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
